To Brew Perfect Plunger Coffee. . .

• Pre-heat plunger pot with hot water & discard.
• Add a dessertspoon of COLD water & 7-10gms of ground coffee and make a paste.
• Pour over fresh spring or filtered water just off the boil
• Allow coffee grinds to float to top, allow crust to form
• Let brew for 4-5 mins then break crust with spoon
• Once coffee has sunk to the bottom gently plunge

To Brew Perfect Stove Top Coffee. . .

• Fill bottom container of brewing equipment with filtered or spring water
• Fill filter basket with ground coffee and lightly tamp
• Join top and bottom parts firmly and place over a low heat
• Coffee pours through spout, watch carefully and remove pot from heat before large light bubbles appear
• The espresso will be rich dark and heavy bodied
